The role as In-store Commercial Manager (ICM)
As an In-Store Commercial Manager, you report directly to the Store Manager. You are a leader in the store who empowers the team by coaching and developing them to increase sales, maximize profitability and deliver the best customer experience. Using entrepreneurial spirit together with the store team, you create inspiring presentations of our products as well as taking care of all administrative routines and store operations.
You have three areas of responsibilities: Customers, Colleagues & Commerciality.Your responsibilitiesThe job of an ICM comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

• Customer first. You are passionate about our customers and your top priority is always to give excellent customer service.
• You work together with your store team to maximize profitability and sales.
• You make inspirational presentations both by yourself and with your team.
• Set an example for your team by always acting in line with H&M Group values, H&M Home brand DNA and H&M Group Global leadership expectations.

Your profileWe are looking for a passionate leader. Your personal qualities also include:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a role Department Manager/Commercial manager/Floor Manager/Administrator
• Have experience of managing/leading and developing a team in retail/ hotel business/restaurant business (interior experience preferred, but not necessarily)
• A passion for customer service, people and interior design
• A great drive and a result driven attitude
• Interior interest and trend awareness, you have experience working with inspiring presentations & styling of interior products
• Being well-organised and able to cope with a large workload
• A positive and coaching attitude, and a willingness to learn and improve
• An entrepreneurial approach, where you think outside the box
• This is 40 hours contract, full-time
