We are looking for: Administration&Payroll Specialist.

Role Objective:
  • The HR Admin & Payroll specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate HR administration for the assigned country/cluster.

  • He/She is the partner of the local/country/regional HR supporting on diverse HR processes (Labor relations coordination, HR admin. Activities towards internal & external stakeholders)

  • Acts as the main point of contact relative to policies and procedures and general conditions of employment.

  • Ensures employees are paid accurately and on time by carrying out the required processes and procedures. The focus is to prepare, control and execute the payroll activities for all entities within the country / region. Will act as back up cross countries in a region.

  • In some of the country, roles will also cover Subject Matter Expert activities (cross countries) in the field of Workday talent, core HR, performance and or compensation (Champion approach).

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

In this role, you have the opportunity to expand your Human Resources, payroll and HR services knowledge.

  • Provide transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes.

  • HR Data management.

  • Audit and compliance execution (all financial, insurance and government).

  • Process changes in employee status, job status, cost center changes, payment, etc.

  • Manage and record document flows, administer employee life cycle events.

  • Procedures and archives standard letters.

  • Communicates and follow-up for specific HR processes.

  • Support HR team on projects (local, regional or global).

  • Day to day collaboration with both internal (Treasury, GL, etc) and external partners such as ADP, statutory bodies or other payroll providers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree.

  • Over 5 years of experience in HR administration field.

  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Workday.

  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practicies.

  • Able to work in autonomy.

  • May coordinate the work of others in small projects.

  • Thorough understanding of payroll activities.

  • Fluent level of English.
