Johnson & Johnson is looking for a strong candidate for the Professional Education Manager position to support DePuy Synthes business in Russia & CIS.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
  • Strategic and big picture thinking in developing and planning of educational activities for expanded customer types and procedures;
  • Translation of business requirements, acquisition and translation of customer insights into Education strategy and plans;
  • Communication with KOLs and medical society, development of Faculty members, identification of new trends in specialties;
  • Clinical and disease state knowledge to ensure effective and accurate learning solutions creation. Understand the applicability of competing products in targeted procedures;
  • Arrangement of effective collaboration of ProfEd DPS team and BU;
  • Overseeing and ensuring of compliant and efficient educational events execution;
  • Leading, monitoring and arrangement of appropriate changes based on assessment of performance metrics;
  • Preparation of new educational programs and courses in close collaboration with BU and KOLs;
  • Participation in internal and external strategic projects;
  • Ability to lead a strong team ensuring they deliver on their goals while creating a team culture of collaboration and determination. Coaching, developing and guiding team in the right direction.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Medical (biological, pharmaceutical) education is a must;
  • Medical Device/pharmaceutical and/or clinical experience is a plus;
  • Professional education strategy development and execution experience is a must;
  • Event management experience is a must;
  • People manager's skills is an advantage;
  • Creative, practical problem solving skills;
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • English not lower than upper intermediate
  • Willingness to travel as required
