Business Relationship Manager EPD IT Omnichannel

Geographic scope: Russia (priority), Emerging Markets, India, LATAM

• The Business Relationship Manager EPD IT Omnichannel is responsible for the EPD IT Commercial support / projects globally in the omnichannel domain leveraging EPD Russia as innovation hub
• Main technology stack is salesforce.com marketing cloud and other marketing automation tools
• She / he drives the implementation of the Commercial IT strategy – Omnichannel - using mostly Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud and that execution aligns with the EPD business objectives
• She / he is part of Global team and can lead / support / manage Omnichannel initiatives

• Direct reporting to Director EPD IT Commercial Execution
• Close interaction with global, regional and local business teams in digital marketing & advertising

• Education: university degree in IT or business management (or equivalent).
• Experience: about 3-6 years in IT in a multinational environment.
• Certification in Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud or another marketing automation tool
• Marketing cloud implementation or another Marketing Automation Tool
• Project experience in pharma or FMCG sectors / consumer business
• Project management experience (but not a certified PM)
• Excellent English
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and convince people
• Business Acceptance: Ability to lead conversations in business language to senior business people on regional and local level. Highly accepted by senior business staff.

• Project management skills like leadership, risk management, cost management, being good in negotiation, critical thinking)
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills: Candidate needs to be comfortable to travel out of Russia (10%)
