Parts Logistics Representative is responsible for day to day organization and support of customs clearance and transportation process of agricultural spare parts, oils and other consumables by preparation of necessary documents, obtaining of certificates, and performing activities in accordance with the department business processes.

MAIN TASKS:
  • Arrange transport for import, export and local spare parts deliveries with freight forwarders;
  • Organize and support customs clearance process with brokers;
  • Track delivery and customs clearance performance;
  • Process short shipment, over shipment and damage claims;
  • Continuous monitoring of expanses and lead times, searching the ways for improvements (bids arrangement);
  • Handling of import/export requests from 3rd parties related to Trade mark protection;
  • Coordinate Parts warehouse with orders priority, arrange paperwork flow with drivers and ensure correct data in the system;
  • Make input in budget assessment and arrange operations within dedicated budget limits;
  • Be in close touch with Customer Service and shipping services at the French Parts Depot;
  • Organize and take an active part in dealer trainings on logistics matters;
  • Work with internal departments to resolve issues affecting performance;
  • Take part in process changes and system development;
  • Participate in the annual physical stock-taking;
  • Provide reports;
  • Comply with all AGCO / FCPA processes and controls.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3 years of international logistics and customs clearance experience automotive segment preferable, experience with trade mark protection is a plus;
  • Intermediate English language speaker, additional French mastery is a plus;
  • Skilled in the use of MS office programs (especially Excel), 1C;
  • Degree in Logistics or Economics;
  • Strong Communication skills, team player and client oriented approach;
  • Time management and prioritization;
  • Ability to work at Parts Warehouse (Vnukovo-2) 2 days a week.
COMPENSATIONS AND GENERAL INPUTS:
  • Permanent contract;
  • 09.00– 18.00 Tuesday- Thursday, Moscow office near Ulitsa 1905 goda metro;
  • 08.00 – 17.00 Friday and Saturday – Vnukovo 2
  • Salary to be discussed with successful candidate;
  • Additional medical insurance;
  • Corporate transfer to Vnukovo 2 from Golytsyno or Rasskazovka metro.
