We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (maternity leave contract) who is passionate about technology, energy management, and recruitment - to join our amazing Talent Acquisition team.   • Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions
  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Business Stakeholders, HR and Candidates) and maintain effective communication channels
  • Source applicants through various methods including advertising, job sites, career fairs, online platforms
  • Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
  • Inform candidates fully about the job and company
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to managers
  • Maintain accurate and current applicant data base
  • Extend offers of employment within company procedures
  • Participation in Employer Branding & UR activities (career fairs, students’ events and etc)

  • Strong in problem analysis and problem solving
  • Have a passion for always maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • Able to adapt and pivot in a fast-moving environment
  • Ready to take initiative and work independently
Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the agency or in-house
  • Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools
