English Teacher / Native Speaker

Oxford Language School is a chain of english language schools in Balashikha. Our first school was opened in 2013. At the moment we have 10 schools operating all over the city and the chain is growing.

We are looking for native English speakers to teach in small groups and individually. The age of our students varies from preschoolers to adults. We use communicative approach to teaching the language. Textbooks by Oxford University Press are used as the main guideline but we encourage our teachers to feel free and creative in their classrooms.

We have more than one vacancy, so we are open to group and family inquiries.

Requirements:

• degree in Linguistics/Education;
• high level of English (B2 or higher);
• TESOL, CELTA, TKT certificates or equivalents are a strong advantage;
• knowledge of Communicative approach to teaching English;
• ability to work with children, teenagers and adults;
• relative teaching experience of no less than 2 years;
• being creative, responsible and proactive.

Responsibilities:

• plan and conduct English lessons to children and adults at English language courses using Communicative approach;
• working with our online platform: register, marks, homework assignments (we have no paperwork for our teachers);
• attend staff meetings and teacher training workshops;
• participate in extra curriculum activities, meetings with parents, advertising events.

This is a full-time position. You will be receiving all the necessary assistance from our trained staff at all stages of our cooperation.
