FEEL WELCOME!Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya is looking for smart and charming TALENT & CULTURE SPECIALIST to perform entry-level human resources and administrative duties in support of the hotel’s Human Resources programs and philosophies and to provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources related matters.

Our Talent & Culture Specialist will be responsible for:
  • interviewing line associates;
  • liaising with recruitment agencies and hotel schools;
  • coordinating work experience programs;
  • managing the on-line recruitment;
  • organizing site inspections for schools, colleges, and universities;
  • adhering to pre, during and post-employment checklists;
  • ensuring line associates and managers awareness of T&C policies and procedures;
  • managing performance management system and cycle of recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession of line associates;
  • working with training manager or designate to coordinate trainings;
  • database management;
  • preparing and administrating detailed induction program for new associates;
  • regularly communicating with associates and maintaining good relations.
Our Talent & Culture Specialist obtains the following qualifications:
  • is proficient in the use of PC, well acquainted with Internet resources;
  • has good writing skills;
  • is energetic, initiative and reliable, focused on the details;
  • is able to work under pressure in multitasking environment and meet the deadlines with a minimum supervision;
  • has at least 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience;
  • is fully proficient in English.
