Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Global Duty Operations to build, structure, and manage our international duty response service.

This role focuses on establishing clear processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and supervising the 24/7 foreign duty team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and implement structured processes for the international duty response service
  • Manage and supervise the global duty team
  • Establish service standards and escalation procedures
  • Ensure rapid response during IROPS and emergency situations
  • Coordinate between booking, sales, and airline clients
  • Monitor performance, SLA compliance, and quality control
  • Develop training programs for duty officers
  • Optimize shift structure and workload distribution
Requirements
  • 3+ years in aviation operations, airline support, or travel operations
  • Experience managing 24/7 operational teams
  • Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
  • Understanding of airline crew logistics and IROPS handling
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Leadership mindset with strong process-building skills
