Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Lead Primary Market Research projects (repchecks, focus groups, etc.).
  • Develop methodology and tools for Secondary research (source analysis, proprietary tools - i.e. analytics, dashboard, etc.).
  • Support strategic analyzing and inputs for BUs (Brand plan, long-lasting strat plan, business case preparation).
  • Support business monthly reports (BRM) process with qualitative and quantities market insights.
  • Support sales planning and forecasting processes by providing analytical insights from sales (distributors shipments) and market (growth, MS) data.
  • SFE FF monitoring and analyzing, suggestions for performance improving.
  • Develop customers segmentation methodology together with BU.
  • DocFlow (contracts, bills) with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experienced user of IQVIA and Proxima databases.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (including VBA) and SQL.
  • Strong experience in research results presentation.
  • Similar experience from 2 years (respiratory companies or market research agencies is advantage).
  • Excellent oral and written communication, efficiency, ability to work in multitasking
  • English (from Intermediate level).
